CVS ExtraBucks STOLEN 😩 Here’s how to protect your ExtraCare account⬇️
Someone in California went on a little shopping spree with MY CVS ExtraBucks. If you’re a CVS couponer, you know you coupon HARD for those ECBs and factor them into your net cost, so stolen ExtraBucks mean lost money AND lost time.
Here’s what I did after the ExtraBucks theft, and how to keep yours safe:
1️⃣ Called CVS ExtraCare customer service. The team was SUPER helpful and fixed it in under 20 minutes.
2️⃣ Stopped using my phone number at the register. I only scan my ExtraCare barcode in the CVS app now.
3️⃣ Only send my ECBs to my ExtraCare card when I’m ready to use them.
